Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in development studies / social sciences or its equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years’ working experience in project management or served in a comparable position with similar responsibilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in working within influential coalitions, social movements and networks.
  • Experience in youth programming, governance, climate justice and humanitarian response in ASAL counties will be added advantage.
  • Possess ability to work independently and in a dynamic cross-functional team.
  • Must be a resident of the Specific Local Rights Program (LRP) where the position will be based

The job holder will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) 2 in Baringo, Nairobi, Garissa, Isiolo, Kilifi and Turkana aimed at ensuring that societies are transformed to become more just, feminist, green, and resilient project to access their rights to decent work, freedom from violence and essential services.
