Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the area of IT.
  • Products & Services Sales. Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Work experience in the area of IT Products & Services Sales.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Account Management experience is a must.
  • Working experience in working in East Africa will be an advantage.
  • A proven track record in sales is a requirement.
  • A proven track record is account management is a requirement.


Responsibilities
  • Managing Existing Customer Accounts.
  • Developing additional business opportunities in the assigned accounts
  • Developing new targeted accounts
  • Managing the complete sales cycle right from prospecting, relationship management, up to payment collections
  • Working on the sales target and reporting on a quarterly basis to attain the sales target
  • To manage the relationship between the customer and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Help customers solve difficult business challenges by aligning our value proposition with

their business objectives.
