Applications Support Officer

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance or related field
  
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in SAP Application Support or ERP or application support roles
  
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and or SAP S4HANA
  
• Retail or multi branch experience and SAP certification are added advantages
  

Method of Application

• Provide first and second level support across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and related business applications
  
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, troubleshooting application, transaction and process issues
  
• Support upgrades, deployments, integrations and UAT, including documentation and business sign offs
  
• Support master data integrity, reporting and reconciliations, and maintain SOPs and user guides
  
• Train users, support internal controls, and manage vendor SLAs and escalations
