  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call centers, customer service, or sales support.

  • Prior experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting is highly preferred.

  • Candidates with exceptional raw communication skills and a strong willingness to learn will be considered.

  • Fluent/Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Absolute Requirement).

  • High resilience and thick skin (ability to handle constant rejection).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and digital scheduling tools (Preferred).

  • Excellent time management and capability to handle high-volume call activity.

Responsibilities

🎯 Main Functions & Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (primarily individuals approaching retirement).

  • Lead Generation: Cultivate leads through phone calls, email, and additional messaging channels where applicable.

  • Compliance Adherence: Strictly follow pre-approved, compliant scripts tailored to industry and insurance regulations (Medicare).

  • Lead Pre-Qualification: Identify basic customer needs and interest levels before passing them to sales.

  • Calendar Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments flawlessly on the sales team's calendar.

  • Objection Handling: Professionally navigate customer rejections with persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.

  • CRM Data Entry: Accurately log call outcomes, detailed notes, and lead statuses in CRM systems (HubSpot).

  • Targets: Consistently meet daily and weekly outreach metrics and appointment-setting goals.
