Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a reputable hotel. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tours & Travel, Front Office Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in PMS (Opera or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Process and manage room reservations accurately and efficiently through all booking channels. Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries professionally. Support revenue optimization through effective upselling and rate management.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.
