Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Computer literacy; experience with hotel management systems will be an added advantage
