Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Computer literacy; experience with hotel management systems will be an added advantage
