**Field-based: Kericho, Narok, Baringo, Laikipia or Nyandarua Reports to Nakuru**

At Valley Hospital, you’ll own your own territory and be the face of the hospital across some of Kenya’s fastest-growing counties. Your work will translate directly into patients getting care, partners trusting us, and the hospital growing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own your territory. Map it, plan your routes and become the go-to hospital contact for doctors, clinics, pharmacies, corporates, insurers and community leaders.
• Build referral networks that last. Turn first meetings into long-term partnerships that bring patients through our doors.
• Win new business. Land corporate accounts, wellness programs and partnerships, from first pitch to signed agreement.
• Show up in the community. Lead the charge at medical camps, health talks, CMEs and outreach events, and convert the energy into real results.
• Read the market. Spot opportunities and competitor move early, and help shape the services we offer.
• Track your wins. Keep a sharp pipeline and let your results speak for themselves.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field (a degree is a bonus)
• At least 2 years in sales, marketing or business development, ideally in healthcare
• A proven record of hitting targets through field prospecting and follow-through
• Knowledge of referral networks, insurance or corporate health schemes (a big plus)
• Comfort with MS Office and CRM or sales-tracking tools
• A self-starter who enjoys frequent travel and working independently
