- Responsible for leading the landlord leasing function for CBRE Excellerate Kenya clients. Build a pipeline of transactions to help Landlords to hit occupancy targets.
Qualifications:
- B Degree in Property, Real Estate or Finance related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years leading deals in a commercial leasing environment, with a strong and proven track record.
Knowledge:
- Lease negotiating skills, networking skills, ability to understand contracts, dealing with local and international tenants, well connected in the industry to both brokers and clients.

- Full responsibility for leasing space on behalf of CBRE Excellerate Kenya clients.
- Responsibility for the leasing process across the CBRE Excellerate clients, from negotiations to ensuring the leases are accurately prepared and signed off.
- Ensure all renewals and new leases are timeously negotiated and professionally compiled.
- Responsibility for formulating a leasing strategy & producing accurate status reports.
- Maintain positive relationships with all tenants and brokers.
- Compile and distribute vacancy schedule to all brokers.
- Manage and administer parking leases (monthly and lease based).
- Maintain and grow broker and client relationships.
- Preparation of and management of budgets.
- To offer support to other business units as and when required.
- Conduct research on rental trends.
- Proactively marketing of space.
- Management of 3rd party brokers and leasing consultants.
