Requirements
- 3-6 years in corporate hotel sales or B2B hospitality sales.
- Strong connections within corporates, NGOS and professional service firms.
- Structured, data-driven and able to lead with a "commercial mindset".
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition: Identify and manage local and regional corporate accounts, NGOs and embassies.
- Negotiation: Secure negotiated rate agreements and preferred supplier status.
- Engagement: Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
- Growth: Drive room nights, meetings and small corporate events. Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver monthly sales pipelines.
