Requirements

  • 3-6 years in corporate hotel sales or B2B hospitality sales.
  • Strong connections within corporates, NGOS and professional service firms.
  • Structured, data-driven and able to lead with a "commercial mindset".
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing.


Responsibilities
  • Acquisition: Identify and manage local and regional corporate accounts, NGOs and embassies.
  • Negotiation: Secure negotiated rate agreements and preferred supplier status.
  • Engagement: Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
  • Growth: Drive room nights, meetings and small corporate events. Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver monthly sales pipelines.
