Handle customer tickets professionally via voice, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries related to purchases and products
Ensure a positive experience in every interaction
Escalate cases when necessary, maintaining effective communication via Microsoft Teams
Prepare to manage calls in the future
Complete and pass a written evaluation
Record and properly follow up on each case
Collaborate with the team to meet quality and service objectives
✅ Requirements
English level B2+ (fluent communication in both languages)
Previous experience in customer service BPO
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and changing situations
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Teams
Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset
Ability to pass a written evaluation
