As a Network Solutions Agent, you will act as the bridge between providers, partners, and clients, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience at all times.
✅ English level B2+ or higher, with excellent speaking and listening skills
✅ Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
✅ Strong multitasking and organizational skills, able to perform under pressure
✅ Technical interest in vehicles and strong attention to detail
✅ Customer service mindset, solid written communication, and decision‑making skills

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from service providers (tow trucks, mechanics, etc.).
- Coordinate roadside assistance by validating maps, coordinates, distances, and payments.
- Manage documentation simultaneously, including photos, emails, reports, and CRM follow-ups.
- Resolve questions related to the app and escalate complex cases to the Network team.
- Demonstrate active listening and provide effective solutions.
