🔍Requirements

✅ English level B2+ or higher, with excellent speaking and listening skills

✅ Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

✅ Strong multitasking and organizational skills, able to perform under pressure

✅ Technical interest in vehicles and strong attention to detail

✅ Customer service mindset, solid written communication, and decision‑making skills

Responsibilities
📢 Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from service providers (tow trucks, mechanics, etc.).
  • Coordinate roadside assistance by validating maps, coordinates, distances, and payments.
  • Manage documentation simultaneously, including photos, emails, reports, and CRM follow-ups.
  • Resolve questions related to the app and escalate complex cases to the Network team.
  • Demonstrate active listening and provide effective solutions.
