Monday- Sunday, 2 days OFF, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST, 4PM -5AM KEN, 40 hours per week

3 weeks de training, 1 week nesting

What We’re Looking For

    • 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred)

    • ENGLISH ADVANCED (C1)

    • A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly

    • High levels of integrity, accountability, and reliability

    • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment

    • Tech‑savvy, able to navigate multiple systems while multitasking efficiently







Responsibilities
-First point of contact via phone; listen and resolve inquiries with empathy.
-Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolutions.
-Troubleshoot issues, approve adjustments/returns, and follow up for satisfaction.
-Deliver honest, ethical, and confidential support.
-Stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.
-Collaborate with teammates, join trainings, and provide feedback to improve service.
