Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with professional bodies and regulatory agencies
  
• Manage academic staff workload, performance appraisal, and staff development
  
• Mobilize research funding, partnerships, and industry collaborations
  
• Oversee student admission, progression, assessment, and graduation processes
  
• Prepare and manage the School’s budget and resources.
  
• Promote high-quality teaching, research, innovation, and technology transfer.
  
• Provide leadership in curriculum development, delivery, review, and accreditation of engineering programs.
  
• Represent the School in University committees and external forums
