Debt Collection Officers - Branch

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years' experience in branch or field debt collection.
  
• Proven ability to recover delinquent accounts and negotiate repayments.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  
• Ability to work towards collection targets and deadlines.
  

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent loan accounts within the assigned branch.
  
• Execute timely debt collection and recovery activities. Reduce overdue balances and prevent accounts from falling into arrears.
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment arrangements.
  
• Achieve branch portfolio-at-risk (PAR) and arrears reduction targets.
