Requirements for Appointment:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or related field;
- At least Five (5) years of relevant experience in ICT systems management, preferably in an Academic setting;
- Demonstrated expertise in managing online learning platforms and ICT teams;
- Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISCO, or equivalent) will be an added advantage;
- Proficiency in Moodle's architecture, PHP, HTML, CSS, and SQL, and practical; and
- Experience with Moodle plugins, backups, and security
