Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-


  • Diploma in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Land Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Professional certification and membership in a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in estate, property, or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of property management principles, building maintenance, and facility operations.
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and environmentalmanagement standards.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property/facility management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
