We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our offices and facilities in excellent operational condition while delivering outstanding service to internal stakeholders.

Education
- High School Certificate (required).
- Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of general work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of basic electrical systems.
- Experience with building maintenance and finishing works.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility-related issues.
- Basic inventory management skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for:
- Carrying out maintenance activities and responding to user requests according to the daily work plan.
- Maintaining and updating inventories of maintenance materials, equipment, and tools.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, cleaning concerns, deterioration, risks, or situations affecting the facilities and company assets.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding organizational information and employees.
- Conducting regular preventive inspections of facility systems to ensure proper operation.
- Monitoring and following up on work performed by external contractors within company facilities.
