We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our offices and facilities in excellent operational condition while delivering outstanding service to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Certificate (required).
  • Technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is an added advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of general work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of basic electrical systems.
  • Experience with building maintenance and finishing works.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility-related issues.
  • Basic inventory management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.



  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to daily work plans.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support facility users.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, and facility-related risks.
  • Monitor and follow up on work performed by external contractors and service providers.
  • Ensure company facilities remain clean, safe, and in optimal working condition.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and operations.
  • The Facilities Maintenance Assistant is responsible for:

    1. Carrying out maintenance activities and responding to user requests according to the daily work plan.
    2. Maintaining and updating inventories of maintenance materials, equipment, and tools.
    3. Reporting any maintenance issues, cleaning concerns, deterioration, risks, or situations affecting the facilities and company assets.
    4. Maintaining confidentiality regarding organizational information and employees.
    5. Conducting regular preventive inspections of facility systems to ensure proper operation.
    6. Monitoring and following up on work performed by external contractors within company facilities.
