Field Service Engineer (FSE)

Sidel is looking for a self-motivated Field Service Engineer (FSE) specializing in High-Speed rotary labeling machine technology. To Performs Installation, startup, commissioning, and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites all over the world.

Your Mission

• Experienced with strong Field Service background in MECHATRONIC specilised in high speed rotary labeling machine technology.
  
• International and Domestic traveling.
  
• Good level of communication and reporting Internal and external.
  

Your Profile

• Min 5 years’ experience in field services - High speed rotary labeling machine.
  
• Graduate of Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Knowledgeable with the PLC system (Siemens / B&R / ELAU).
  
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software-related problems is MUST
  
• Knowledgeable in Cold glue, PSL, hot melt is plus.
  
• English fluent, written and spoken. Good reporting.
  
• Able to travel up to 90% including domestic and international.
  
• Experience in the beverage industry RGB is plus.
