Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-12 years’ experience,
  
• Minimum 2+ years in an international business,
  
• Extensive experience in controlling and finance and can combine financial insight with understanding of business,
  
• Exposure to Agricultural accounting will be an added advantage,
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English is mandatory
  

• Spearheading the Orana Project ApS Danish entity and all projects entities at International level.
  
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across Project entities, including cash flow budgets
  
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the Danish entity level as well as international
  
• Responsible for consolidation of Project entities
  
• Ensuring the group audit timelines are adhered to by all project entities
  
• Investment accounting
  
• Preparation of Feasibility studies and Fund raising for projects
