Fish Handling Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for mother cage and destination cage fish feeding and husbandry practices
  
• Supports the counter screen processes and daily livestreaming of the data from handled cages.
  
• Allocate feed rations for closed cages based on the biomass stocked. Work closely with feeding team to ensure timely feed orders for destination cages ongoing
  
• Collate data on feed fed for holding cages and share with both data and feeding teams.
  
• Ensure bottom mort are collected from mother cages before handling
  
• Work with the supervisor to ensure all SOPs are followed including monitoring of the daily KPIs and progress reporting.
  
• In-charge of the sampling process and data entry as well as platform data communication.
  
• Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
  
• Ensure platform is always clean.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
  

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
  
• Basic Microsoft Office experience
  
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
  
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
  
• Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
  
• Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
  
• Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
  
• Organization skills
  
• Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
  
• Time conscious
