Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong passion for food, beverage, and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, positive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Does not have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Outlet Manager or F&B Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of service areas before each shift.
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Support the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Learn and adhere to Movenpick’s service standards and F&B policies.
- Ensure tables are properly set, and supplies are replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in handling guest feedback promptly and professionally.
- Participate in departmental briefings, trainings, and team meetings.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support special events, banquets, or promotions as assigned.
