Forklift Operator

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification: KCSE
  
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
  
• Valid License in forklift operation/ certificate in forklift operation
  

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the plant facility.
  
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials.
  
• Stack and organize materials efficiently.
  
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any necessary repair required.
  
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  
• Reporting safety near misses and improvement suggestions.
  
• Adhere to all Mabati Rolling Mills safety protocols and company policies.
  
• Attend to other duties as assigned by the line supervisor
  
• Working environment requires that the forklift operator wear Personal Protective Equipment all the time for safety reasons.
