Group Pharmacy Manager

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from a recognized institution.
  

• Valid Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) practicing license.
  

• Minimum of 3 years post-internship experience, including at least 2 years in a busy hospital setting.
  

• Updated BLS certification and leadership/management training are an added advantage.
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient dispensing of medications for inpatients, outpatients, and pharmacy units.
  
• Lead, mentor, and supervise pharmacy staff to enhance performance and service delivery
  
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations, COHSASA standards, and internal policies.
  
• Maintain high standards of patient cere, safety, and confidentiality.
  
• Manage stock levels, procurement processes, and inventory control to prevent stockouts and wastage.
