Handy Man

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
  
• Good working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and basic electrical works.
  
• Practical experience in general construction and property maintenance.
  
• Ability to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.
  
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality worksmanship.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  

• Perform carpentry works including making, repairing, and installing furniture, doors, and fittings.
  
• Carry out plumbing installations and repairs.
  
• Undertake flooring works and minor masonry repairs.
  
• Conduct painting works and surface finishing as required.
  
• Repair and replace general hardware and fittings.
  
• Support basic electrical repairs and wiring maintenance.
  
• Troubleshoot and perform general building maintenance tasks.
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
  
• Inspect premises regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  
• Prepare basic maintenance reports when required.
