Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics/Political Sciences, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful business development and project management within the renewable energy industry, with a focus on the African market.
- Proven experience with Mini Grids projects - non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks in Africa.
- Candidate must be fluent in English and French is advantageous.

- Leading and managing a high-performing business development team, providing mentor-ship and guidance to ensure success.
