- Graduate in Horticulture, Floriculture, Agriculture or Environmental Science.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Flower Industry preferably Roses Production. 2 years’ experience in a similar or related position.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards and Internal Auditing skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership skills and management skills.
- Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and team player. facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications, particularly with Excel.
- Oversee and monitor quality control mechanism in conformity to the quality manual to ensure production and supply of Quality stems as per client specification.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) throughout the production process, guaranteeing product quality, safety, and legality.
- Ensure flowers are dispatched in full compliance with customer specifications.
- Oversee the packing process to ensure flowers meet customer-specific quality requirements.

- Provide timely and efficient responses to internal and external audit issues.
- Promptly report any non-conformance issues to Management that may affect daily packing operations.
- In Collaboration with the QA Manager, organize trainings for staff on relevant codes of practice, standards, and customer requirements.
- Develop, control, and review documentation of all QA data and internal procedures as necessary.
- Prepare and/ or review job descriptions for QCs & QA supervisors.
