QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of secondary school education
- Certificate in housekeeping
- Experience as a housekeeper for not less than two years
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
- Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
- Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proven ability to work effectively individually and with a team
- Ability to work with people from different cultural settings.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Accountability to Affected Population.
- Knowledge in PSEA and Anti-Fraud.

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Be responsible for the efficient and orderly management of cleaning and request for servicing and repair for broken items
- Notify the supervisor of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all cleaning items and request for replenishment when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Check and ensure that all rooms, common areas, and back-of-the-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in the general cleanliness of the offices, kitchen, and washrooms.

- Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
- Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
- Ensuring the availability of cleaning supplies in all sanitary places
- Use cleaning materials and consumables economically.
- Disinfect drains and dustbins regularly.
- Empty general waste refuse bins and make sure all refuse is disposed off. promptly and using proper disposal methods.
