Requirements
- University degree in human resource management.
- High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standards
- Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®, and others)
Responsibilities
- Generate monthly reports and submit them to relevant internal authorities.
- Participate in organizing company events and other engagement activities.
- Support implementation and monitoring of the HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance in the all the HR subfunctions, e.g. recruitment, disciplinary, etc.
- Support in file audits and maintain the existing filing system and retrieval as per the data protection guidelines provided.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
