Hub Supervisor- Kisumu

Description
We are looking for an individual to run and manage the hub operations and processes and help increase the regional sales, working hand in hand with the Sales Executive and the Trade Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
1) Diplome or bechelor's degree in any business-related field.
2) At least 2-3 years' experience in Operations/Inventory/Retail at Supervisory role in a similar industry or a busy FMCG

1) Responsible for overall customer experience at the hub & ensuring excellent customer service.
2) Responsible for ensuring that the Hub is fully compliant with both the county and other gavemment regulations.
31 Responsible for Hub's staff including leading, training & development in with company values. 41 Responsible for ensuring laid down procedures and processos strictly adhered to & reporting any deviations.
Si Responsible for security at the Hub
61 Responsible for daily stock, cash & banking reconciliations, liaising with our Finance Team.
7) Rosponsible for overall management of the Hub's operations including potty cash expenditure
control & reporting the same. 8) Responsible for ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained at the Hub at all timas & requisitioning replenishments
91 Responsible for inventory control functions at the Hub including cycle counts and periodic stock takes in line with company policy.
10) Responsible for coordination of any logistical arrangements for customers requiring deliveries.
11) Responsible for coordination between sales and operations of the Hub including credit customer order approval & processing,
