Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms Excel.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist in facilitating the recruitment process, including scheduling and inviting candidates for interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR correspondence.
- Support employee onboarding processes and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Assist in preparing casual staff payment schedules and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain proper filing, organization, and updating of employee records and HR documents.
