Human Resources Officer

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• CHRP certification or other relevant HR credentials (added advantage).
  
• At least 3 years’ experience in a busy HR function within a medium to large organization.
  
• Solid understanding of Kenyan Labour Laws and HR best practices.
  

Key Competencies

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  
• Good knowledge of HR systems and performance management tools.
  
• Ability to analyse HR data and generate insights for decision-making.
  
• Discretion when handling confidential employee information.
  
• High execution capability and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
