The In-House Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue from walk-in customers, referrals and inbound leads by leading the in-house sales team to achieve high conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and sales efficiency.

The role focuses on maximizing every inbound opportunity through structured processes, team performance management, cross functional collaboration and customer experience excellence.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales and Commerce or any related field
  • At least 4 years' experience in sales, preferably In-house or office-based sales
  • Strong leadership and team management Skills
  • High commercial acumen and results orientation
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem solving attitude Strong customer management and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Loyal and disposed to protect the company's image
  • Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategic business planning processes
  • Lead, coach and manage the in-house sales team
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for in-house teams
  • Maximize conversion rates from walk-in customers, inbound calls and Lipa pole pole orders.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all open quotations and inbound leads
  • Ensure a professional, consistent, and engaging customer experience
  • Manage the HQ showroom
  • Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enforce adherence to Sales SOPs and company policies
