About us

Ecom Giant Retail Limited, trading as Autopilot (autopilotbusiness.co.uk), is a UK company. We provide done for you AI automation and social media management to independent UK local businesses, such as gyms, restaurants, cafés and salons.

The role

This is a freelance independent sales consultant role, not employment. It is non exclusive, so you are free to work for other businesses, and you choose your own hours. You are contracted directly by us under a written services agreement.

Your job is to call owners of independent UK businesses, explain our service honestly and introduce interested owners to us. You only introduce clients. You cannot sign clients up, agree prices or terms, or take card or payment details. Clients sign up directly with Autopilot.

Calls should be made when UK businesses are open, which is roughly 11am to 7pm Kenya time until 25 October and noon to 8pm from 26 October, and must follow UK calling rules. We provide a calling system free of charge that screens numbers for you.

What clients pay

1. Basic: £1,000 per month

2. Premium: £1,500 per month

3. Platinum: £2,000 per month

Every client gets a 30 day free trial, then pays month to month with no minimum contract and can cancel anytime.

How commission works

1. You earn a one off commission of USD 300 for each Basic client, USD 450 for each Premium client and USD 600 for each Platinum client you introduce. There is no cap.

2. Half is paid when the client's first payment after the free trial clears. The other half is paid when their third monthly payment clears.

3. "Cleared" means the payment has not been reversed within 14 days.

4. If a client cancels during the free trial, no commission is due. If they cancel after their first payment but before their third, you keep the first half.

5. There is no clawback, except in cases of fraud.

6. There is no salary or retainer.

Who this suits

Experienced B2B phone sellers or cold callers based in Kenya with excellent spoken English, who are comfortable being paid on results. You provide your own laptop, phone, headset, internet and backup power, and you handle your own tax.
