We’re Hiring: Insurance Verification Specialist (VOI)
Location: Full Onsite – Nairobi, Kenya
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT)
English Level: B2 (Fluent)
We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist to review and confirm insurance eligibility, educate patients on benefits, and collaborate with billing teams and healthcare providers to ensure accurate coverage information.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance
- Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and EMR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
Job description: The Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for reviewing and confirming insurance eligibility and educating patients on insurance plan benefits.
