Description
Supporting the Access Program by managing Sub Agents operating outside the traditional network.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance related field or CPA/ACCA.
- 0-1 Years professional experience. Having worked with an ERP is an added advantage (Odoo, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle etc.).
- Audit firm experience is an added advantage.
- Positive Attitude - Open to learning, adaptable, and flexible.

- Proven Excellence - Demonstrated success in any field.
- Language Proficiency - Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Swahili and English.
- Support the piloting and execution of new initiatives under the Access program – specifically the Sub Agents Outside Network
- Actively manage assigned Sub Agents to ensure performance, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Conduct at least two to three visits per week to each assigned sub- Agent to provide on-ground support and oversight as per directed by the line manager.
- Perform physical audits of records submitted by Sub Agents to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Collect and report both qualitative and quantitative insights from Sub Agents using the provided tools and templates.
- Strictly adhere to the approved journey plan and maintain clear documentation of all activities.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the line manager in support of the broader program goals.
