Description

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing a client portfolio, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Prospecting & acquisition

  • Identify and prospect new clients and opportunities
  • Develop the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects
  • Take part in marketing campaigns and events to generate leads
  • Understand European markets and build a network of partners and clients

Account management

  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients
  • Identify additional sales or upsell opportunities
  • Track customer satisfaction and anticipate future needs

Internal coordination

  • Work with technical or delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility
  • Share customer needs with product and marketing leadership
  • Be autonomous and able to adapt to unforeseen issues




Ideal candidate

  • Degree in business, management, or equivalent
  • Experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong listening skills, persuasive communication, and customer focus
