- New user’s administration, training on the use of ERP and release of ICT Resources, e.g. Laptops.
- Installation & configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma /Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- At least 2- 3 years’ experience as an ICT assistant/Officer.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Printer installations and support.
- Use and support of Office365 suite.
- Knowledge of (Azure) Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of VOIP technologies.
- Familiarity with networking & network devices.
Experience with Cisco Meraki, Mikrotik, Unifi devices will be considered as an advantage
