Recruiter Junior - Nairobi, Kenya
We’re looking for experienced Junior recruiter, with customer service or sales backgroung, to help us proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple roles and industries.
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | 40 hours-On site
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- Customer service or sales experience in BPO/Call center BIG PLUS
- Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently
- Strong research and passive candidate sourcing skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS & sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.)
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline progress updates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms
- Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest
