Lake Feeding Supervisor-Early Stage

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor/supervise feeding of fish
  
• Coordinate feed dispatch and movement
  
• Organize work schedule for feeders
  
• Fish size appraisal
  
• Monitor and report the health condition of fish
  
• Monitor and report on diving activities
  
• Monitor and report on condition of cages
  
• Ensure feeding records are accurate and submitted on time
  
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all feeders
  
• Any other duties allocated by Feed Department Management
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
  

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
  
• Basic Microsoft Office experience
  
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
  
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
  
• Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
  
• Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
  
• Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
  
• Organization skills
  
• Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
