🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Logistics Dispatcher & Administrative Coordinator to support daily dispatch operations and logistics administration.
This role is key to reducing management workload by ensuring organization, accuracy, and process visibility across all logistics operations.

📋 Key Responsibilities
✔ Coordinate daily dispatch and truck logistics
✔ Receive and organize load information (emails, calls, messages)
✔ Create and update loads in the TMS (ALVYS preferred)
✔ Review rate confirmations, load documents, and supporting paperwork
✔ Coordinate pickup & delivery details and driver assignments
✔ Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records
✔ Support billing preparation and documentation accuracy
✔ Identify errors or inconsistencies before they become issues
✔ Provide administrative support to streamline leadership operations

Requirements
🔹 Previous experience as a logistics dispatcher (mandatory)
🔹 Strong knowledge of freight operations and terminology
(BOLs, rate cons, weights, permits, etc.)
🔹 Experience using TMS platforms (ALVYS is a strong plus)
🔹 Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
🔹 Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently
🔹 High attention to detail and data accuracy
🔹 Organized, patient, and professional under pressure
🔹 Reliable internet connection and readiness for remote work
