HomeBiogas Kenya is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing
support, and brand trust.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, content, or brand-related roles.
Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
Experience managing social media, campaigns, and marketing materials.
Ability to work closely with sales teams and understand field realities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Practical, hands-on mindset
Experience in B2C marketing.
Experience in agri-business, rural marketing, renewable energy, climate-tech, clean
cooking, or similar sectors.
Experience working with field sales teams or community-based campaigns.
Experience creating video content, customer testimonials, or impact stories.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities
across Kenya, including:
Build and manage local marketing plans to support sales growth.
Develop strong storytelling around customer impact, savings, clean cooking, bio-
fertilizer, and sustainability.
Create and manage content for social media, digital campaigns, field marketing, customer stories, videos, posters, and sales materials.
Work closely with the sales team to create campaigns that generate leads and improve
conversion.
Support launches in new regions, hubs, and partnerships.
Manage local agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and media suppliers
when needed.
Track campaign performance and improve based on results.
Ensure all marketing materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with the HomeBiogas
brand.
