Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)and possess a valid practicing license.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy medical-surgical unit.
- BLS and ACLS certification is an added advantage.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Educate patients and families on health care plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
- Uphold infection prevention and control standards.
