Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management,

Petroleum Management, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in terminal operations, depot operations, inventory

management, fuel logistics, or petroleum operations.

• Experience in inventory reconciliation, custody transfer, quantity assurance, and stock

management.

• Experience managing third-party terminal operations and contractor interfaces.

• Knowledge of petroleum measurement, reconciliation, loss control, and export verification

processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Inventory management and stock governance.

• Quantity assurance and transit loss investigation.

• Product quality management and contamination control.

• Custody transfer and documentation control.

• Root Cause Analysis and incident investigation techniques
