🗣️ English Level: B2+ / C1

📅 Occasional Saturday availability during peak periods (fully compensated)

✅ Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Payroll, Payroll Tax, Accounting, Finance, Reconciliations, Auditing, or Financial Operations
  

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Tax, Payroll, or related fields
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll tax payments and tax filings accurately and on time
  

• Prepare payroll tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
  

• Investigate and resolve payroll tax discrepancies and issues
  

• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and company policies
  

• Collaborate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to support payroll operations
