Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4 years of proven experience as a business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling methodologies is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in entering and maintaining accurate data related to production schedules, inventory levels, and order information.
- Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Extract meaningful insights and trends to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with global production goals.
- Document processes, workflows, and key findings to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
- Support inventory management activities, including tracking stock levels and generating reports.
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of production schedules, workflows, and relevant processes.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production scheduling.
