The Process Excellence Operations Lead focuses on operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and using data to recommend practical ways to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
This role works across cross-functional teams to generate insights, improve workflows, and contribute to business direction.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 4–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, consulting, or process improvement roles
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or similar frameworks) and experience contributing to operational improvement initiatives
- Working knowledge of supply chain and operations processes, including warehousing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization platforms, including experience working with AI-enabled tools
- Experience working with ERP or operational systems used for supply chain, inventory, or logistics management
- Ability to work with complex datasets, generate meaningful insights, and present findings clearly to different stakeholders
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate operational topics into structured insights and practical recommendations
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll (salaries, bonuses, deductions) and ensure accuracy for all employees.
- Co-ordinate with HRBPs, Finance, and other departments monthly for payroll inputs and fund transfer.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, labour laws, and statutory requirements, including filing payroll taxes and reports. Maintain monthly statutory tax receipts without fail for all countries.
- Maintain and update payroll records (e.g., new hires, terminations, transfers) in payroll systems and handle changes in job status, titles, and compensation updates.
- Compile and present payroll data, including summaries of earnings, taxes, and deductions for management.
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and paychecks. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
- Assist and provide audit-related documents to auditors and manage internal and external payroll audits.
