- Degree or diploma in food science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a beverage manufacturing or food processing environment
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily winery and distillery Productions Operations
- Manage production staff and ensure achievement of production targets
- Monitory production processes from raw material handling to bottling
- Ensure machinery maintenance, calibration and cleanliness schedule are adhered to
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate staff training
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 22000, Kaizen and other company standards
