The role provides technical reinsurance support to ensure that NCBA Insurance effectively manages risk exposure, secures appropriate treaty and facultative protection, and maintains financial stability. The role supports the development, placement, servicing, monitoring and renewal of reinsurance programmes in line with underwriting requirements, contractual obligations, regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.

The role also supports accurate reinsurance accounting, claims recoveries, reporting and documentation to ensure transparency, timely settlement, reliable financial records and adherence to industry best practice.
