∙Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing or any Business related
∙A practical working experience in a Micro lending company
∙Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
∙Ensures high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
∙Provide support in recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
∙Ensures zero tolerance to customer complaints-both internal and external.
∙Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customer’s information.
