Job Summary

The Sales and Administrative Assistant support the sales team while handling daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves customer interaction, sales coordination, record keeping, and administration

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Assistant to support our team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about sales and customer service.

This role requires someone with strong administrative capabilities and at least 2 years of Sales and Administrative experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on sales leads provided by the company.

  • Present sales quotations to prospective customers within authorized pricing and discount structures.

  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.

  • Assist account managers with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client documentation.

  • Ensure existing customers receive the appropriate products and services to meet their needs.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and maintain strong corporate relationships through effective customer care and promotion of the company’s product offerings.

  • Provide timely feedback to senior management on sales activities and performance.

  • Ensure all business activities comply with company policies, procedures, and code of ethics.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support overall company objectives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and filing.

  • Maintain organized records of sales documents, contracts, and client information.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and administrative support.

  • Experience in the sales or hospitality sector is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

  • Familiarity with ERP & CRM tools and sales systems is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
